Your role as an OT Grad involves:

  • Supporting children with developmental delays in everyday tasks like bathing, dressing, and feeding themselves
  • Educating and involving parents, carers, and others to facilitate learning and development
  • Helping children achieve milestones such as fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
  • Assisting children with behavioural issues to maintain positive behaviours in all environments

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Eligibility for AHPRA registration upon graduating
  • Graduated within the last 12 months or graduating in 2025
  • A full valid driver's license with third-party insurance
  • A valid Working with Children Check, NDIS Workers Screening Clearance, Police Check, and First Aid certification
  • Excellent communication and time management skills, along with attention to detail
