About the Role

This is a rare opportunity to join a forward-thinking insurance organisation as a Case Manager, where you will play a vital role in supporting individuals through their recovery journey. As part of our Compulsory Third Party (CTP) Insurance Claims team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end claims with the support and mentorship of experienced leaders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong customer-first mindset and a genuine desire to help others. You will bring experience in insurance claims or allied health, resilience, confidence in making sound decisions, excellent active listening skills, and solid computer literacy.

In this role, you will provide compassionate and high-quality customer service that makes a real difference, grow your expertise by navigating complex and rewarding challenges, build strong relationships with customers, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end claims, from initial assessment to resolution.
  • Provide empathetic and informed support to customers throughout the claims process.
  • Navigate complex challenges and make sound decisions to resolve claims efficiently.
  • Buildeffective relationships with customers, stakeholders, and colleagues to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve claims management processes.
Requirements
  • Experience in insurance claims or allied health.
  • Strong customer-first mindset and desire to help others.
  • Resilience and ability to remain composed under pressure.
  • Confidence in making sound decisions and taking ownership of outcomes.
  • Excellent active listening skills and ability to guide customers through the claims journey.
  • Solid computer literacy and ability to adapt to new systems and technologies.
