About You
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology, or Social Work
  • Registered with AHPRA, ESSA ASORC or AASW
  • Full working rights along with a full Australian Driving License
  • Experience mentoring and developing junior consultants
  • Prior work experience in an Occupational Rehabilitation setting

The Role

As a Area Manager you will play a crucial role in shaping the professional growth of our consultants. You'll be at the forefront of mentoring, training, and fostering a culture of quality and excellence.

  • Providing constructive feedback and guidance, ensuring your team excels
  • Conducting monthly strategic reviews and file audits to maintain the highest standards
  • Balancing clinical and commercial goals—because delivering quality is our top priority
  • Building and nurturing relationships—within your team and with key clients
