We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Educational Director to join our management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to foster a culture of professional reflection and continuous improvement.

Job Description

The Educational Director will be responsible for overseeing the educational program, leading a team of educators, and ensuring that all children have equitable access to learning opportunities. They will work collaboratively with the Service management to achieve excellence in early childhood education.

Requirements
  1. Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification as recognized by ACECQA
  2. A current and valid Working With Children Check or ability to obtain one
  3. First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  5. Experience in planning, implementing, and evaluating high-quality educational programs
  6. Able to reflect on practices, seek feedback, and engage in ongoing professional learning
