About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Education Leader to join our team at Busy Bees Australia Employer Pty Ltd. As an Education Leader, you will play a key role in shaping the educational programs and services we offer to young children and their families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of children and families
  • Lead and manage a team of educators to ensure best practices and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with the service management team to achieve service goals and objectives
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to educators to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent
  • Current and valid Working With Children Check
  • First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the service management team
