About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Christmas Experience Team Leader, where you will be responsible for inspiring and motivating your team to deliver exceptional visitor experiences. You will oversee daily operations, manage rosters and workflow, welcome families, and maintain a joyful atmosphere.

You will also be responsible for leading from the front, showcasing warmth, professionalism, and festive flair. Additionally, you will ensure that every family's photo moment with Santa is top-quality and creates lasting memories.

Your success will be measured by your ability to create positive experiences for visitors and team members alike, while adhering to our values of being a team, people-first, led by care, playful with purpose, driven by progress, quality-obsessed, and all substance, no spin.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading and motivating a team of elves to deliver exceptional visitor experiences
  • Managing daily operations, including rostering and workflow
  • Welcoming families and maintaining a joyful atmosphere
  • Ensuring every family's photo moment with Santa is top-quality
  • Overseeing POS operations, processing, and packaging visitor prints and photo packages

  • A leader who inspires and supports those around them
  • Great communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
  • Organized, adaptable, and calm under pressure
  • Focused on creating positive experiences for visitors and team members alike
  • Ability to obtain a Working with Children's Clearance
