Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the team to deliver unforgettable visitor experiences
  • Manage daily operations, rosters, and workflow efficiently
  • Welcome families and maintain a joyful atmosphere throughout the season
  • Bring energy and positivity even on busiest days
  • Lead from the front with warmth, professionalism, and festive flair
  • Oversee POS operations, processing, and packaging of visitor prints and photo packages with care and attention to detail
  • Ensure every family's photo moment with Santa is top quality
