As a dedicated and meticulous Cleaning Professional, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our facilities. We are seeking an individual who can work independently with minimal supervision, while also being able to effectively collaborate with colleagues as needed.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Ensure all areas are thoroughly cleaned, including residents' rooms, bathrooms, dining, and lounge areas.
  • Clean windows and other glass surfaces to maintain transparency and visibility.
  • Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, waxing, and polishing.
  • Clean carpets in patient rooms to provide a comfortable environment.
  • Oversee kitchen responsibilities to ensure cleanliness and efficiency.
  • Use specialized equipment to vacuum carpets, curtains, and upholstered furniture.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 6 months experience in a similar role with proven track record of reliability.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of cleaning chemicals and disinfectants.
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities.
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.

**Certifications and Licenses:**

  • First Aid Certification is mandatory.
  • Working with Children Check - Employee check only is required.
  • NDIS Workers Orientation is compulsory.
  • A valid Australian Driver's License and a roadworthy vehicle are essential.
