Our goal is to ensure the smooth operation of our multi-family housing properties.

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team.

This full-time position will be responsible for performing maintenance tasks on the physical assets of our properties, including building systems maintenance, unit repairs and reconditioning, drywall repairs, painting, minor plumbing work, minor electrical work, and grounds care and snow removal.

The ideal candidate will have experience in maintenance or repair, preferably in property management, and possess excellent organizational and time management skills. A valid US driver's license is also required.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining building systems
  • Repairing and reconditioning units
  • Performing drywall repairs
  • Painting surfaces
  • Completing minor plumbing and electrical work
  • Caretaking the grounds and removing snow
