The Opportunity

This role offers a unique chance to kick-start your administrative career, working alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic environment. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our practice groups, ensuring seamless operations and delivering exceptional results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing timely and accurate support to Legal Assistants, driving productivity and efficiency.
  • Delivering high-quality work while managing deadlines, adapting to change, and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Liaising with business services and other teams to coordinate urgent requests, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Preparing files for archiving and managing returns according to firm guidelines.
  • Assisting with internal and external events, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Impeccable attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm and proactivity in the workplace, driving initiative and innovation.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, enabling effective prioritization and task completion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, building relationships with stakeholders and colleagues.
