**Program Manager - STEAM Education:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support the development and delivery of engaging STEAM holiday and outreach programs for children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Development & Logistics: Assist in the planning and execution of STEAM programs, including preparing resources, coordinating staffing and bookings, and ensuring equipment is safe and ready.
  • Team Collaboration: Provide guidance and mentoring to casual educators and university students, promoting a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Content Creation: Contribute to the development and review of educational content, including lesson plans and learning materials.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong communication with families, schools, and university staff to support positive relationships and program outcomes.
  • Safety and Compliance: Uphold child safety and equity standards, ensuring all participants are safe, supported, and included.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will possess a strong interest in STEAM education and child development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
