Carbon Management Specialist

We seek a highly motivated and experienced professional to assist clients in managing carbon emissions, developing decarbonisation strategies and undertaking climate-related risk assessments.
About the RoleThis is an outstanding opportunity to work on diverse energy and climate change projects across various sectors of the economy.
- Assist clients in measuring and managing carbon emissions, developing decarbonisation strategies, auditing carbon accounts and carbon offset projects, and undertaking climate-related risk assessments.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to address their climate change challenges.
- Contribute to the development of innovative solutions to complex climate change problems, using analytical skills and technical expertise.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in engineering, science, environmental management, economics or similar field.
- Between one and five years of professional industry or consulting experience.
- Strong analytical skills, including use of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong technical experience in areas like carbon accounting, decarbonisation strategy, energy efficiency, or renewables.
- Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written).
- Knowledge of energy and carbon schemes such as NGER, ERF, Climate Active, SBT, and TCFD.
