Chief Academic Officer

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Mathematics leader to drive the development of our mathematics curriculum and pedagogy across Years 7-12. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting creative and innovative thinking among colleagues, while managing a large Mathematics faculty.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide leadership in curriculum development and pedagogy for Mathematics across Years 7–12.
- Lead and manage teaching staff with support from the Faculty Coordinator.
- Progress outcomes in VCE Units 3 and 4 Mathematics and IB Diploma Program (IBDP) courses.
- Collaborate with Curriculum Coordinators and other Heads of Faculty, Head and Deputy Head of Campus, Head of Learning and Teaching, and the Digital Learning Practice team to support school-wide learning initiatives.
- Proven experience in leading and managing teaching staff.
- Strong understanding of curriculum development and pedagogy.
- Ability to promote creative and innovative thinking among colleagues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
