We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate individuals to join our team as Personal Care Assistants. As a valued member of our Central Resource Unit, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient-centered care outcomes.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing high standards of patient care through common tasks such as pressure care, assisting with ambulation, personal care, and hygiene.
- Delivering an outstanding patient experience by demonstrating empathy, kindness, and understanding towards patients, families, and medical staff.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Previous experience working in a clinical setting, preferably within a hospital environment.
- Permanent residency or Australian citizenship.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills.
