**Job Summary:**

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assessing patient needs and developing effective care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
  • Delivering patient education and promoting health awareness through proactive communication and resource allocation.
  • Supporting and supervising staff and students, including orientating and precepting new staff members.
  • Contributing to the achievement of hospital operational objectives and quality improvement initiatives.

**Requirements:**

  • A registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
  • Recent acute inpatient experience and a demonstrated commitment to quality patient care and satisfaction.
  • Well-developed interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Oncology experience, including cytotoxic medication administration, is highly regarded.
