About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Academic Educator to join our team. As an English Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to students in Prep to Year 9.
Key Responsibilities
- To develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse student needs and abilities
- To create a safe and inclusive learning environment that encourages students to take risks and explore their interests
- To assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their growth and development
- To collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver curriculum programs that meet the needs of all students
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A relevant teaching qualification (e.g., Bachelor of Education)
- Proven experience in teaching English to students in Prep to Year 9
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
