  • **Required Skills and Qualifications:** Demonstrated knowledge of the relevant curriculum, including literacy and numeracy skills, and experience in responding to student learning needs.
  • **High-Impact Teaching Strategies:** Experience in planning and implementing teaching strategies guided by how students learn, evaluating the impact on student learning growth, and using data to inform teaching practice.
  • **Student Learning Monitoring:** Experience in monitoring and assessing student learning, providing feedback on student learning growth and achievement to students and parents.
  • **Interpersonal and Communication Skills:** Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, establishing and maintaining collaborative relationships with students, parents, colleagues, and the broader school community.
  • **Department Values:** Behaviours and attitudes consistent with Department values, reflecting on practice, and engaging in professional learning to continually improve teaching quality.
