Job Title: Integration Solution Specialist

About the Role:

The successful candidate will lead the design and development of integration solutions, leveraging REST/SOAP APIs and event-based integrations between core systems.

This position provides technical expertise to implement, administer, and maintain client's integration needs. The role collaborates closely with solution and data architects to design integration options that align with integration principles and support strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop integration solutions, providing technical services to define integration principles/best practices.
  • Work alongside a team of experienced technology specialists within the Global Transformation Team.
  • Maintain the integration environment to ensure availability and operational objectives are met.
  • Monitor, identify, and resolve system integration issues in accordance with technology SLAs.

Impact:

  • Develop integration solutions in line with industry best practices across the application landscape.
  • Support integration between all applications, including Salesforce, InfoLease, Technology One, and external services.
  • Minimize risk through technical documentation and best practice patterns and approach.

Requirements:

  • Understanding of cloud-based integration platforms.
  • Integration experience with API and Web Service technologies (REST & SOAP).
  • Dell Boomi Development Essentials & Dell Boomi Associate Developer Certification highly regarded.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce platform technologies (e.g. Flows, Apex, Platform Events).
