System Integration Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage software installation, configuration and support in customer environments for tests, training, exercises and actual operations.
  • Configure integrations between C4I software products and coalition systems, sensors, effectors and communication systems.
  • Design and implement technical solutions ensuring effective communication and coordination between stakeholders.
  • Provide technical training of customer administrators and users on software applications and IT infrastructure.
  • Offer level 1 and 2 support to customers on C4I software products, installation, integration with other software and equipment, and end-users.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant discipline.
  • Experience with IT infrastructure and platforms such as Windows, Linux, Android operating systems, Active Directory, database management systems, XMPP chat.
  • Experience in deploying software applications into cloud-based and on-premises environments.
  • Knowledge of administration and operation of military command information systems, tactical radio devices and radio networks, and ITIL (desired).
