About This Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in a dynamic role that involves working on high-profile equity and complex credit transactions.

As a key member of our investment team, you will be responsible for supporting the execution and project management of equity and complex structured finance investments. You will also build and maintain advanced financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and performance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, commerce, real estate, law, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, advisory, real assets development/investment, real assets project management or similar.

You will be responsible for preparing investment committee materials, term sheets, and risk assessments, as well as coordinating stakeholders to ensure smooth asset management.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the execution and project management of equity and complex structured finance investments.
  • Build and maintain advanced financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and performance.

  • Coordinate stakeholders to ensure smooth asset management.
  • Manage ongoing asset performance, including financial reviews, capital drawdowns, and investor reporting.
