We are seeking an experienced Pastries professional to join our team as a Master Pastry Chef. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about baking and wants to work in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

This role will involve working as part of a team to produce high-quality baked goods for our customers. You will be required to have a strong passion for baking and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.

As a Master Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and cooking high-quality pastries and baked goods
  • Managing stock levels and inventory
  • Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Trade/Proficiency Certificate III in Retail Baking (Breadmaking) or equivalent
  • Experience working in a bakery or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A flexible and adaptable attitude
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year

plus superannuation and other benefits. We also offer ongoing training and development opportunities to help you grow and succeed in your career.
