Senior Business Services Role

Embark on a challenging career opportunity as a senior-level professional within a dynamic accounting and advisory firm.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience in business services/tax within public practice, be CA/CPA qualified (or near completion), possess strong technical tax and accounting skills, excellent communication and relationship management abilities, and a proactive, client-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review financial statements and income tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships, SMSFs, and individuals using cloud-based Xero and BGL platforms.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients and provide tailored advice to drive business growth.
  • Review and mentor junior accountants to ensure quality outcomes.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies on client matters.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and client value.
Requirements:
  • Experience in business services/tax within public practice.
  • CA/CPA qualification (or near completion).
  • Strong technical tax and accounting skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
  • A proactive, client-focused mindset.
