  • You will provide evidence-based care to people of all ages and cultural groups, including individuals, families and communities.
  • Collaborate with individuals and the healthcare team to achieve goals and health outcomes.
  • Lead the coordination of nursing and healthcare within and across different care contexts to facilitate optimal health outcomes.

About You
  • Currently registered as a healthcare professional with relevant qualifications and experience.
  • A current driver's licence for community-based work.
  • Ability to work within an interdisciplinary team.
  • Demonstrated integration of theoretical knowledge and clinical skills, critical thinking and analysis in daily practice.
  • Effective time management and ability to prioritise competing workloads within a complex environment.
