Senior Business Intelligence Specialist

This is a high-level role focused on overseeing the performance of our loyalty program. The successful candidate will lead the commercial analysis and reporting for new propositions and campaigns, providing actionable insights to senior executives.
Key responsibilities include developing commercial models for new campaigns, generating timely performance reports, and standardising reporting processes across all platforms and dashboards.

- Generate insightful performance reports on the health of the program.
- Standardise and streamline reporting processes across all platforms and dashboards.
- Lead the development of automated dashboards and reporting tools.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment of project goals.
- 8+ years of experience in commercial and strategic business roles.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role managing commercial modelling and performance intelligence.
- Advanced communication and influencing skills.
