Senior Business Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Specialist to support our marketing and solutions teams within Australia.
About the RoleThis is a 12-month contract role based in our North Sydney office with hybrid working. The Senior Business Intelligence Specialist will take ownership of marketing-related expenditure, including budgets, estimations, and actual spends, providing sound financial recommendations for new innovations.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with our marketing team and oversee advertising and promotional spend.
- Support business case scenarios and brand planning for new product pipelines and activations.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports and balance sheet reconciliations related to the marketing budget.
- Provide disciplined financial recommendations regarding the marketing budget.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders locally and globally to ensure accurate cost control.
- Drive efficiency through process improvements.
- Cover certain assigned month-end tasks.
- Ad hoc reporting and analysis.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Tertiary qualifications in business, finance, or similar.
- A CPA or CA qualification.
- Experience working with SAP.
- Experience in a similar role in FMCG.
- Sound experience working across various departments and/or with global stakeholders.
