Technical Maturity Enhancement Lead

The Line Technical Specialist will play a pivotal role in enhancing the maturity of the BHP Operating System (BOS) and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the site. This entails collaborating with various departments and workstreams to foster a high-performing improvement culture at all levels.
- Enabling frontline teams to problem-solve and continually improve their work, including identifying and implementing Kaizen and site breakthrough initiatives.
- Monitoring and building BOS capability across the site, as well as identifying local training needs and conducting presentations and workshops.
Successful candidates will have prior experience as leaders or technical professionals, preferably in rail, mining, maintenance, or processing industries. They must possess strong skills in driving improvement, empowering others, coaching, and communication, along with comfort working in ambiguity and complexity.
