Job Description

As a Member Support Consultant, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining a thriving membership base. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively contributing to club sales budgets through sales promotions and referrals campaigns
  • Generating and converting high-quality sales leads through community outreach and identifying new business opportunities
  • Achieving the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities
  • Providing sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Creating great member journeys through positive and personalized interactions
  • Achieving successful outcomes to enquiries
  • Opening and closing the club as per the club roster
  • Active involvement in member retention programs to inspire members to continue their fitness journey
About You

We are looking for individuals who possess the following skills and qualities:

  • Current First Aid & CPR certificates
  • Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life with a desire to help people succeed in their goals
  • The ability to solve problems and overcome obstacles
  • Outstanding communication abilities to listen, understand, empathize, and influence others
  • Tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals
  • Customer-focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes
