Full-Time PDHPE Educator Position

About the Role

Rosebank College is seeking a dedicated and passionate full-time educator to join our dynamic team in a permanent position. The successful applicant will collaborate within the PDHPE department and across all year groups, undertaking responsibilities as required.

The College offers excellent support to all teachers to enable them to develop professionally through professional development opportunities.

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Ability to teach PDHPE to students from Year 7-12
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to academic excellence and contemporary pedagogical practices
  • Knowledge of the current curriculum and NESA requirements

Responsibilities and Requirements

This role involves teaching Stage 4 and 5 PDHPE and PASS, Stage 6 SLR, EEC, CAFS, and HAMS subjects. You will work effectively within the PDHPE faculty and implement guided inquiry successfully. You must also understand and demonstrate commitment to the Australian Professional Standards for Teaching.

Key Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced educator with excellent classroom management skills, a passion for teaching PDHPE, and a commitment to student care and welfare. You will have strong technology skills to enhance your teaching practice.

About You

A copy of your CV, cover letter, and formal teaching qualifications must be provided. A Current NESA Accreditation and approval to teach in NSW is also required.
