About the Role

We are seeking an experienced engineering leader to join our team as a Site Reliability Engineering Manager. As a key member of our Information Systems team, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our operations and managed application service offerings.

Job Description

The Site Reliability Engineering Manager will be responsible for leading a high-performance team in daily agile devops practices, representing the IS team to stakeholders, customers, and internal teams, organizing, coordinating, and driving internal projects, mentoring engineers to improve their skills, identifying and measuring team health indicators, implementing structured engineering and operations processes, ensuring proper team focus on priorities, milestones, and deliverables, and working to meet service level agreements with customer deployments around the globe.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience of software delivery using infrastructure as code
  • Proven experience managing devops teams for SAAS or similar offerings
  • Understanding of testing methodologies and maintainable code quality
  • Technical aptitude for understanding complex distributed systems
  • Experience with cloud topologies and technologies
