Inspections Manager

We are seeking an experienced Inspections Manager to join our team in Malaga WA.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • - Conduct engineering, welding and QA/QC surveillance inspections for various industrial equipment.
  • - Perform design verification and pre/post-shipment inspections.
  • - Conduct cargo surveys and inspection of pipes and structures.
  • - Advance Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) services including storage tank inspections.
  • - Ensure all tasks are completed and delivered in a timely manner to meet client expectations and compliance requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • - Tertiary qualifications in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
  • - Previous experience working in a similar role with technical and professional knowledge in inspection services.
  • - Knowledge of Statutory Inspection and Advanced NDT.
  • - Awareness of AS/EC standards.

Required Certifications:

  • - AICIP or combination of API510 + API 570.
  • - Welding inspector CSWIP 3.1 and above.
  • - At least basic NDT Qualifications (MT, PT, UT) ASNT/PCN Level 2 or above.
  • - Level 2 in Eddy Current.
