Job Title: Senior Insurance Associate.

Description: We are seeking an experienced insurance professional to join our team as a senior associate. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and advising on high-value coverage disputes, working closely with partners and other team members to achieve successful outcomes. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as financial institutions, directors' and officers', medical malpractice, public and product liability, property and construction, energy, cyber, marine, transport, and employment.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and advise on high-value coverage disputes
  • Work closely with partners and other team members to achieve successful outcomes
  • Develop skills and knowledge in areas such as financial institutions, directors' and officers', medical malpractice, public and product liability, property and construction, energy, cyber, marine, transport, and employment

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of defendant insurance experience from a reputable insurance team/firm
  • Ability to run with matters autonomously with limited supervision
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Desire to manage and mentor more junior lawyers in the team
  • Methodical and organized approach to file management
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with excellent organization skills and attention to detail
