Senior Credit Controller

We are seeking a Senior Credit Controller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of credit controllers and managing all facets of the credit function.
As a Senior Credit Controller, you will be pivotal in managing debtor reduction and collection efforts. You will work closely with the Business Performance Managers distributed across Australia to implement improvements in processes and policies.
You will oversee outstanding debtors and ensure compliance with National Credit Policy. You will also engage proactively with partners, managers, and external clients to achieve monthly collection targets.
The ideal candidate will have prior exposure to a professional services setting and possess intrinsic motivation and results-driven mindset. You should be adept at building relationships across all levels and have effective time management and organisational skills.
A relevant diploma or equivalent professional experience is required.
