Casual Grounds Person/Garden Labourer Opportunity

We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic casual grounds persons/garden labourers to join our team in maintaining green spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with various tasks related to garden maintenance, including hedging, weeding, pruning, planting, and mulching.
  • Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and effectively under the guidance of experienced team members.
  • Load and unload materials, plants, and equipment from trucks and trailers.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, tools, and equipment.
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A strong work ethic and ability to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or a related field.
  • The physical ability to safely lift and carry heavy objects, bend, squat, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
