We are excited to be calling in an experienced and gifted conveyancer to take ownership of a residential arena that has been long established by a reputable law firm. Our client has built a solid foundation in conveyancing and pride themselves of delivering first-class property solutions with consistency, integrity, and care.

This role is for you if you desire to work in a collaborative team culture, you bring at least 2 years prior experience, you love being a part of a dynamic team, and conveyancing is your passion.

The residential conveyancing specialist will be responsible for harmonizing daily transactions with ease and grace. You will have a natural way of ensuring clients feel seen, acknowledged, and supported.

Our ideal candidate will thrive in the energy of expanding and challenging their legal career with an innate passion to develop and nurture not only themselves, but the firm's continued development and success.

The role involves:

  • Managing property transactions via PEXA, including preparing legal documents, and coordinating settlements.
  • Liaising with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate communication and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Staying updated on relevant laws and regulations.
  • Opening and closing files.
  • Must have LEAP software experience and PEXA knowledge.
