Your Responsibilities:
You will lead and manage a variety of exciting projects.
As a strong communicator, you excel at building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels, both within Greencap and with our diverse client portfolio.
We seek a leader who is dedicated to nurturing and supporting both junior and senior team members, eager to not only supervise and delegate but also mentor the next generation of engineers.
With a strong focus on managing the design and coordination aspects of civil work, you will be responsible for interfacing, managing, and delivering across a wide range of mining and infrastructure projects. This includes industrial areas, maintenance facilities, site services, materials handling, access roads, rail, and other infrastructure necessary to support mining operations, all within agreed timelines and budget constraints.
This exciting role also offers opportunities for career growth by collaborating with the broader team and other departments within the company when opportunities arise.
What We Value in You:
As a senior member of our team, you will possess extensive, proven industry and technical experience in Australian civil and mining infrastructure engineering projects, ideally within a consulting environment. We also welcome candidates with expertise in drainage and design.
Your extensive experience will have established you as a recognized figure within industry associations, actively contributing to shaping the industry.
- A bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
- Proficiency in effectively managing multiple concurrent projects across various scales and sectors, with strong client relationship management skills.
- Familiarity with 12D and Civil 3D software (preferred).
- Experience with drainage software and proficiency in relevant engineering programs and drafting tools.
- High-level skills in risk management and applying safety in design practices, while overseeing the scope of multiple projects of varying complexity and size.
- Ability to prepare and review high-level and complex technical reports.
- Extensive experience in implementing QA and OH&S systems.
