Civil Engineer Project Lead

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team as a Project Lead. The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, with experience in managing complex projects and leading high-performing teams.

The company is involved in a wide range of civil infrastructure projects, including earthworks, utilities, and heavy civil works. As a Project Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of these projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of civil engineering principles, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery of civil infrastructure projects
  • Lead high-performing teams of engineers and technicians
  • Develop and implement project plans and schedules
  • Monitor and control project costs and resources
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in civil engineering, with at least 2 years' experience in a leadership role
  • Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
