This role will be based in Mackay and involve frequent travel to visit mine sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities, and implementing a growth strategy to drive financial gain and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market analysis and strategic planning to identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
  • Develop and implement a sales action plan to achieve financial targets and drive business growth.
  • Arrange and facilitate face-to-face meetings with clients to build relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Generate leads, negotiate, and close business deals to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and foster a healthy sales pipeline to ensure consistent business growth.
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, presentations, and sales contracts in conjunction with the internal sales team.

Requirements:

  • Strong relationships-building skills and ability to develop trusted advisor relationships with clients.
