About the Role

We are seeking skilled multilingual professionals to join our client service team in Hong Kong.

As a Client Service Associate, you will be the key link between our clients and the expertise they require. Your responsibilities include:

  • Recruiting subject matter experts: engaging with relevant matches for client projects under tight deadlines.
  • Understanding project context, market environment, and legal requirements.
  • Taking ownership of client-expert communications, scheduling calls, and ensuring seamless collaboration.

Success means developing commercial skills, client management, and a clear career path for advancement to Manager after 24-30 months, and to Vice President after five years.
