About You - Retail Sales Team Member

You will form part of the management team, requiring confidence and experience to lead by example and strive to achieve set targets. Your responsibilities will include upholding store standards and achieving sales targets.

Your focus will be on store standards, merchandising and sales, ensuring that our policies and procedures are fully adhered to while embracing our values of FUN.

  • Achieve Set Sales Targets
  • Stock Control, Sales and quality management
  • Team coaching and development
  • Rostering and people management
  • Opening and closing procedures of store
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to all company policies
  • Clear and efficient reporting to Area Sales Manager and other line manager
  • Compliance and safety management
  • Effective display of our fun, unique and novel giftware products
