This is an exciting opportunity to join our busy teams at our **Think Sydney** store at **Sydney Airport**.

Lagardère AWPL is a newly formed joint venture between 2 global and local leaders in Travel Retail with a long history here in the Pacific. A partnership years in the making, Lagardère AWPL operates over 180 stores, with a passionate and capable team at its heart, and we are the only operator in the region able to offer our customers and partners unique experiences across four distinct business lines: Travel Essentials, Speciality, Duty-Free & Luxury and Food Service.

Our goal is to provide fast and friendly service by delivering high-quality products and a memorable experience to our customers before they jet off on business or holiday to their specific destination.

We are on the hunt for energetic, motivated, and committed **Casual Team Members**.

**What we need from you**:

- Share our passion for retail and provide a unique and exciting shopping experience to our customers
- Demonstrate experience working in a fast-paced environment
- An ability to engage with customers in a simple yet effective way
- A passion for providing a seamless point of sale service that is efficient
- A positive, energetic, and can-do attitude
- Demonstrate exceptional presentation standards and a professional approach
- Champion maturity, initiative, and a sense of urgency
