Financial Performance and Strategic Growth Specialist

This is a critical role that drives the financial performance and strategic direction of our organization. The Financial Performance and Strategic Growth Specialist plays a pivotal part in ensuring the company’s financial data integrity, supports corporate-level compliance with global accounting standards, and contributes to effective resource allocation that aligns with strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, be able to deliver accurate and timely financial analysis and corporate reporting, and support decision-making across the organization. They will also be responsible for detailed budgeting, forecasting, and performance insights to empower the business to optimize operations, manage risks, and identify opportunities for sustainable growth.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the effective utilization of financial data throughout the organization, enabling decisions that drive profitability, operational efficiency, and overall business success. They will work closely with department heads to ensure accurate budget submission and alignment with organizational strategy and business plan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality financial analysis and corporate reporting to support business decisions
  • Ensure financial data integrity, accuracy, and timeliness
  • Support corporate-level compliance with global accounting standards
  • Contribute to effective resource allocation and optimization
  • Develop and maintain detailed budgets, forecasts, and performance insights
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Professional certification (CA, CPA, or equivalent) is preferred
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in management accounting, financial analysis, or a similar role
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, data analysis) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Hyperion, IBM Analytics)
