Business Finance Partner

">Role Summary:

The organisation requires a Business Finance Partner to provide commercial and financial support to business leaders. This role involves influencing decision-making, driving efficiencies, and supporting the delivery of strategic initiatives across the business.

">Key Responsibilities:
  1. Act as a trusted advisor to operational and commercial leaders across the business.
  2. Deliver accurate management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  3. Analyse financial performance and provide insights to support growth and cost efficiency.
  4. Prepare business cases and financial models to inform strategic decisions.
  5. Support the development and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  6. Ensure financial governance, compliance, and reporting standards are met.
">Requirements:
  • CA/CPA qualified or equivalent, with proven experience in a finance business partnering role.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence and challenge stakeholders.
  • Advanced analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Experience or interest in events, media, or entertainment industries will be highly regarded.
