The Deputy Principal - Pastoral and Residential will provide leadership and support to the school community in the areas of faith and mission, educational leadership, staff leadership, community leadership, and strategic leadership.

The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to Catholic education and a proven track record of leadership in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of the school's faith and mission strategy
  • Provide educational leadership and support to teachers and staff
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with the school community
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the school's strategic plan
Requirements
  • Appropriate tertiary qualification with registration or eligibility for registration with Queensland College of Teachers
  • Full accreditation to teach at a Catholic school
  • Commitment to the Catholic faith and an active member of a Catholic Eucharistic community
  • Current driver's license and ability to travel within the Catholic Diocese of Townsville
