About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Enterprise Mobility Solutions Architect to join our team. As an Enterprise Mobility Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing enterprise mobility solutions that meet the needs of our clients. This includes developing and maintaining mobile device management policies, configuring Exchange Online settings, setting up SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business, facilitating user rollouts and support, and ensuring data protection and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain mobile device management policies using Microsoft Intune to ensure secure and compliant mobile device management.
  • Customize and optimize Exchange Online settings to meet client specific requirements, including mailbox policies, retention policies, and compliance settings.
  • Set up and configure SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business to enhance collaboration and information sharing within client organizations.
  • Facilitate the rollout of M365 services to users, providing training and support, particularly for users of iOS devices.
  • Conduct testing with Microsoft Purview labelling and manage Defenders reporting to ensure data protection and compliance.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A strong understanding of M365 technologies and hands-on experience in Mobile Device Management (MDM) using Intune, Exchange Online configuration adjustments, SharePoint Online, OneDrive configuration, and user rollout and support.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in M365 technologies including MDM Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
  • Experience in supporting users with iOS devices.
  • Testing experience with Microsoft Purview labelling and Defenders reporting.
  • Security clearance of either NV1 or NV2 is mandatory.
  • Prior consulting experience is required.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
