Data Analytics Manager – Remediation Expert

This role is part of the CommSec Remediation Squad within the Product and Investing Solutions Crew, under the PACE model.

  • Perform advanced analysis of CommSec data and systems to provide critical information for financial and data remediation.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of CommSec and Group data to support regulatory requests.
  • Complete project work stream deliverables, including quality control and sign-off.
  • Ensure the bank's financial compensation methodologies for remediations are aligned.
  • Cleanse, organize, and migrate remediation master data for proper protection.

Key requirements

  • Advanced SQL Server experience and skills.
  • Significant data, information management, and analytics experience.
  • Commercial acumen, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated delivery experience in high-complexity environments.
  • Proficiency in IT SDLC processes, Agile delivery, and written documentation.
  • Influencing and consulting skills to build relationships with stakeholders.

About the role

The Data Analytics Manager will work closely with the CommSec Data and Insights Centre of Excellence to provide trusted data, capabilities, and actionable insights. This role requires a self-starter with good organizational skills and excellent communication skills.
