Your New Role
As our Head of People, you will play a critical role in shaping our HR strategy and ensuring that our employees thrive as the company continues to grow and expand globally. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and support the company's growth and expansion plans.
- Lead the development and delivery of career development programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition efforts to ensure a diverse and talented workforce.
- Provide expert advice on HR matters, including compliance with policies and regulations.

Requirements
