We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technology Specialist to deliver high-quality training and assessment in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Diploma of Automotive Technology and possess excellent written and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to students, focusing on automotive technology principles and practices.
  • Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to support their growth and development.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, best practices, and emerging trends in the field.

Requirements:

  • A diploma or equivalent tertiary qualification in Automotive Technology or a related field.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40110) along with relevant units.
  • Relevant industry experience, preferably 1 year or more, with a proven track record of delivering successful training programs.
  • Excellent written and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse learning styles and needs.
  • Previous experience in VET training with international students is highly desirable.

Licence/Certification:

  • Training and Assessment Certificate (preferred).
