We are seeking an experienced Installation Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the presentation, configuration, training, and support of onboarding clients from their legacy system to our platform.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Presentation, configuration, and training of clients
  • Support of clients during the onboarding process
  • Facilitating internal and external training courses for assigned modules
  • Scope and assist to quote ad hoc consulting requests
  • Manage resolution of second-level support issues
  • Participate and contribute to weekly team meetings
  • Maintenance of user and quick reference documentation in line with release schedules
  • Captain and support of mentor programs for new/other team members as requested by manager or team lead

The ideal candidate will have experience working in an automotive dealership and possess excellent time management, organisational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Required qualifications include:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional presence, presentation, and public speaking skills
  • Strong aptitude for technology and ability/desire to learn new software
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (PPT, Word, Excel)
