Job Role

As a dedicated and innovative leader, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred care to the community as a Nurse Unit Manager for Cancer Services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and coordination of cancer services ensuring safe and compassionate care.
  • Oversee a multidisciplinary team to drive quality improvement and resource management.

About You
  • You must be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
  • Minimum of 3 years' post-registration experience with proven leadership and management skills.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and team development abilities.
  • Knowledge of cancer services and contemporary nursing practice standards.
