Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and innovative leader to manage and coordinate our cancer services team. As a Lead Cancer Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership, management, and coordination of cancer services.

You will oversee a multidisciplinary team, ensuring safe, evidence-based, and compassionate care for patients. You will also drive quality improvement, resource management, and staff development.

Foster a supportive, inclusive, and culturally safe environment for patients, families, and staff. Collaborate with health professionals and community partners to achieve the best outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
  • Minimum of 3 years' post-registration experience, with proven leadership and management skills.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and team development abilities.
  • Knowledge of cancer services and contemporary nursing practice standards.
